FIELD GUIDE / 02
Move: WASD / arrows. Shift sprints using stamina. Mouse points your character; hold click or Space to act on a nearby target.
View: The camera follows your agent. Scroll or + / − to zoom. V toggles the whole district. Tab switches your five agents. P pauses. On phones, drag the left joystick to move. Hold ACT to damage or arrest the closest nearby target. Tap ability and tool, hold support or sprint, and use SWITCH AGENT to change characters. Portrait and landscape both work.
Street gear: Choose a placard pole, rubber mallet or reinforced umbrella in the character creator. G (or GEAR on phones) cycles them. The mallet does 15% more property damage while spending stamina; the umbrella does 10% less. Hold F beside an intact news kiosk to recover stamina. Gear affects property interactions, with no graphic combat.
Street: Damage institutional property for points, or nearby street objects. E rallies allies for faster actions. Q tags the closest intact building with graffiti, once per building, on a cooldown. F near the detention van frees a detained teammate after three uninterrupted seconds.
Police: Hold Space near a rioter to restrain them. Identified organizers give a first-arrest bonus. E raises your shield and identifies nearby organizers; the scan takes one second. Q places a temporary cordon that slows rioters. F repairs a nearby damaged, standing structure for support points, up to its remaining repair allowance.
Identification: Officers see ★ only after a scan or witnessing a leader rally. Peaceful protesters wear ochre, with varied hairstyles, bags and placards. Arresting them costs score and trust. Rioters return from detention after 18 seconds.
The square: More active agents inside the central circle capture it. A tied presence stops capture and income. Holding uncontested ground generates points. Public hearings and a changing mandate create timed match events.
Team missions: Each team has three objectives shown beside the map. Street: tag two buildings, completely damage three targets, and hold the square for 30 seconds. Police: arrest three rioters, complete two repairs, and hold the square for 30 seconds. Progress is shared by the team, including AI teammates. Missions track your goals alongside the main scoreboard.
Victory: Highest score when time expires. Damage to community spaces and peaceful detentions lower legitimacy. The aftermath records both results.
